When Should I expect the media?

Photos, Floor Plans, Virtual Staging and 3D Tours are delivered the next day (24 Hr or Lesser in most situations).Videos may take 48 to 72 hours +  depending on the type of edits.

Can you deliver Photos on the same day?

Yes! Same-day photo delivery may be available upon request. Please let us know in advance if you need your photos delivered the same day so we can plan accordingly and confirm availability.

Do I pay for travel?

We serve the DMV area. For shoots outside our service area, a travel fee of $80 per hour applies. However, for packages valued at $699 or more, travel is included at no additional charge for locations up to 50 miles away.

Who can use the photos, videos, and other media created by Vibrant City Media?

All photography, video, drone, and other media produced by Vibrant City Media is licensed to the client who purchased the media for the specific property and intended marketing purpose.For real estate listings, the standard license allows the purchasing agent or brokerage to use the media to market that property for the duration of that listing. The license is not transferable to other parties.Builders, developers, interior designers, stagers, architects, property owners, contractors, other agents, or any other third party wishing to use the media for their own marketing, portfolio, website, social media, advertising, or other purposes must obtain a separate usage license from Vibrant City Media, even when the media features the same property.Purchasing or receiving the media does not transfer copyright or grant unrestricted usage rights. Vibrant City Media retains the copyright to all media unless otherwise agreed to in writing.For licensing inquiries or permission to use existing media, please contact info@vibrantcitymedia.com.

Is the pricing same for AirBnB , Commercial Real Estate and Architectural Photography?

How should the property be prepared?

We recommend having the property fully cleaned, staged, and photo-ready before our arrival. We can provide a preparation checklist before your shoot.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We monitor weather conditions and can adjust outdoor or drone coverage when necessary. We’ll work with you to determine the best solution.
